My (Un)Dead Blog...*sigh*

Well I had a sudden rush of anger towards my blog back in October and deleted it from my favorites list so I wouldn't have to gaze upon it ever again. And here I am. I guess I just like writing still? I dunno.

So here is a massive update:

• Dance Co. is preparing for Christmas-times
• Irish dance is also preparing for Christmas-times
• Yesterday I had Thanksgiving at BOTH Grandparents' homes; a wonderful combination. :D Crazy delicious turkey, gravy, potatoes, yams, and rolls from Grandma Smith's kitchen and the annual,  scrumptious pie smorgasbord at the Fotheringham's. There was quite the assortment this year!
• Today I went cross country skiing for the second time up A.F. canyon; it was so much fun! I like it better than downhill, I tend to stay upright a lot more, but not entirely! (I also got a goose egg and some road rash on my knee...How you obtain the skill to get "road rash" while skiing is still a mystery to me and my family! If you are interested in the story let me know.)
• I wrote a dissection of a research article on serial killers for my sociology class; it made me break the wait-until-after-thanksgiving-to-listen-to-christmas-music rule because I needed to listen to extra happy music while I read about that creepy stuff...
• I LOVE SNOW and I was so upset there wasn't more of it on Tuesday-the predicted blizzard of hazard. Snow is just the best and I miss it!  Shut it haters. I don't care to listen to your banter on the "awfulness" of snow. I could care less if you are from California, Florida, or Georgia, you aren't there now, you're in Utah, so what did you not understand about the phrase "Best Snow on Earth"?
• I am a disgusting slob and managed to watch 2 seasons of my new favorite show Arrested Development in less than a week!
• I am currently reading a book called Housekeeping by Marilynne Robinson; it's pretty good. My teacher is kind of crazy about it, but I don't think it's that great or anything.
• As usual I make no progress in my violin advancement. However it is only to be expected because of my poor practicing. After eleven years I remain hopeless and Emma will become the next Hillary Hahn in no time.
